Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you may contact us at Furlodgeadventures@gmail.com. Please note that that return address will be sent in a response email and also on the shipping label.

If your return is accepted, customer covers the cost to return item(s) back, while we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items Sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item(s), so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Certain items are not eligible for returns, like perishable goods (such as candles), custom orders (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as Soap or beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sales items, PDF downloads, or gift cards. We also cannot accept returns unless damaged during shipping on used candles or open soaps.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3 day cooling off period

Not with standing the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 3 days and without justification.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
